A seasoned recruiter, wife and mum to 2 boys, sun seeker, lover of fashion, fine wine and travelling. Her side hustle is in Personal Styling and helping clients develop their personal brand. In 2010, she founded Morgan King recruitment, specialising in Market Research and Consumer Insights - her focus was assisting career returners looking for flexible opportunities and partnering with forward thinking, like minded businesses who were open to offering more flexibility within the workplace.

With 20+ years professional experience gained from the UK and Australia, Laura relocated to Sydney in 2006 and embarked on a career in recruitment in various industries including Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Market Research and Consumer Insights, and now Digital, Marketing and Communications within Financial Services.

As a senior recruiter, Laura is well networked and is experienced in working with candidates from graduates through to board level execs.
